Contextual Help

You can tap on the question mark icon adjacent to a menu or screen title to access contextual help. This will display a menu with a number of options usually including the following:

Video Tutorial

If a video tutorial exists for this feature, you can choose the Video Tutorial menu option. This will start streaming the video within the app. You can make the video picture-in-picture and change the size of the video, docking it to the edges of the screen.

User Manual

You can also choose the User Manual option if available to open a web browser full screen to view the user manual specific to the current menu or screen.

Contact Support

No matter where you are in the OnSong^® app, you can contact our support team using the Contact Us option. This will open the support screen with most of your information filled out including a screenshot of the current user interface element. Please complete the "steps to replicate" section to fully assist our support staff in providing a prompt answer.

Settings

If settings are available for this menu or screen, you can choose the Settings option to open those specific settings in a window without having to navigate the Settings Menu.
