Sortin' Songs

Tappin' on th' sort button displays a menu indicatin' ways ye can sort yer songs, savvy? Th' current sort method be highlighted with an arrow indicatin' th' current sort direction. Tappin' on th' current sort order will toggle th' sort direction, matey.

• Title sorts th' list by th' song title. Sortin' ignores "Th'" prefixed words if Settings » Menu Settings » Songs » Remove "Th'" be turned on. Default.
• Artist sorts th' list o' songs by th' name o' th' artist associated with th' song.
• Key sorts th' list o' songs by their key and places an index o' keys on th' right side.
• Added sorts th' list by when they were imported into th' library, Arrr!
• Updated sorts th' list o' songs by th' date and time th' song was last modified.
• Icon sorts th' list o' songs by th' assigned icon with more urgent icons placed at th' top.
• Color sorts th' list by th' color assigned t' th' icon. Warmer and brighter colors will be sorted before darker and cooler colors.
• Number sorts th' list o' songs by song number as declared in metadata in th' Song Editor.
• Last Played sorts th' list o' songs by placin' th' last played songs at th' top or bottom o' th' list. This be determined by th' date/time o' th' set in which songs be added. Th' date on which th' song was last played be listed in each row if known.
• Last Viewed sorts songs by placin' th' last viewed songs at th' top or bottom o' th' list independent o' sets in which they were placed.
• Most Popular sorts songs that have been played more at th' top or bottom o' th' list. This be useful fer determindin' if songs have been overplayed, ye scallywag. Th' number o' times th' song has been played be displayed in each row if applicable. This information be provided by songs bein' added t' sets.
