Render Ahead/Behind

When swippin' through songs in a set, OnSong will render songs just before an' after th' current song. Arrr, this be resultin' in smooth swippin' through songs, but may also be increasin' th' memory overhead o' th' song viewer since it be drawin' multiple songs at once. Fer performance reasons, ye may wish t' alter this behavior, matey. Options include:

• Automatic allows OnSong t' determine what be best. Normally this be turned on unless file formats dictate that it should be disabled fer th' current set. Default.
• Off results in only th' current song bein' rendered. This be resultin' in swippin' t' blank pages but can be improvin' performance when usin' external files that be not optimized fer OnSong.
• On results in song pages before an' after th' current song page t' be rendered an' never disabled.

Renderer Version

Ye can be choosin' th' default renderin' engine t' use fer text-based charts here, savvy? This will be applied t' any songs where th' renderin' version be not explicitly chosen. Options include:

• Automatic be determingin' which renderer t' use based on th' song content features.
• Default be th' default renderer version o' th' OnSong version.
• Original will be usin' th' original version that does not be havin' as many features.
• New uses th' new unified renderin' engine with new features like columns an' inline formattin'.

Show Scroll Indicators

Th' OnSong^® app be featurin' multiple scrollable panes t' display a set. Th' first be a horizontal scrollable pane which be providin' access t' songs in a set. Th' second be th' scrollable pane that be containin' each song. By default, th' scroll indicators on th' right side o' a scrollview be disabled, but ye can be enablein' them through this settin'.

Transpose PDF Files

Th' OnSong^® app can be identifyin' chords within text-based PDF files t' transpose an' format those chords. Ye can be disablin' this feature with this settin'.

View Files as PDF

Th' OnSong^® app will be automatically convertin' non-text imported file types t' PDF files t' maximize compatibility an' t' be removin' operatin' specific renderin' issues that may occur. This settin' be on by default an' also allows other file types t' be viewed in Low Light Mode as well as in a browser runnin' OnSong Console. Turnin' this off will be displayin' these file types "as-is" usin' th' operatin' system web-based renderer.
