Voice Control

Voice control be lettin' ye use yer voice and th' microphone or audio input on th' device t' control OnSong. Arrr, this screen be lettin' ye configure what ye can do with voice control, savvy?

Toggle Voice Control

In th' upper right corner be a microphone icon. Ye can tap on this t' start listenin'. When tapped, th' microphone be highlightin' t' indicate it be enabled. Since it be a bit clunky t' come in here t' enable voice control, th' user interface section be givin' ye other ways t' enable it, matey.

User Interface

This section be configuring ways that ye can enable voice control includin':

Enable Live Bar Button

This switch can be turned on t' enable th' voice control live bar button. Usin' this button will replace th' adhoc networkin' live bar button with th' voice control button. Ye can use th' Live Bar Settings t' further customize what live bar buttons appear, savvy?

Trigger an Action

Ye can also assign a Voice action t' a trigger such as a foot pedal or screen tap. If one be assigned, th' triggers will appear on th' right side.

This section be allowin' ye t' configure Voice Control t' listen fer certain types o' commands includin':

Actions

OnSong will listen fer ye t' name actions t' perform. This can be nearly any action that can be assigned in th' other tabs. Fer instance, ye can say "Scroll Down" or "Next Section". Th' key be t' combine th' verb and noun that be present in every action, Blimey!

Songs

Ye can use Voice Control t' load songs in yer library. This be operatin' similar t' quick pick by either loadin' th' song present in a set, or by showin' it from All Songs. T' use, say th' word "Go To" and then th' name o' th' song. After a second, OnSong will search fer th' song name and switch t' that song, matey.

Sections

Ye can use Voice Control t' become a music director and say th' section where ye be goin'. This be usin' th' named section labels in text-based chord charts. Fer instance, ye could say "Verse 1" or "Chorus" t' go t' those sections. OnSong be selectin' th' section and scrollin' t' it and in so doin', be performin' any actions or MIDI associated with th' section and be displayin' its lyrics if enabled, Arrr!
