The Fancy Picture Thingy™

Okay, so PDFs are like those crusty digital paper things your grandpa won't stop emailing you. They look exactly like the printed page (riveting, we know). OnSong can peek at PDFs & scroll through 'em vertically like a bleepin' maniac. Pro tip: cram each song into ONE PDF file or OnSong gets all confused & sad.

Here's the annoying part tho: PDFs are basically just pictures of documents. Sometimes they're literally just shapes & images pretending to be text. Like, your eyeballs see "lyrics" but the computer sees a bunch of sad pixels. OnSong tries real hard to extract the actual text, but if the PDF is being extra difficult, we're gonna yeet it to an OCR service (that's Optical Character Recognition, srsly look it up). The OCR robots will squint at your garbage scan & try to figure out what it says. Results may vary. A LOT. Depends how blurry & terrible your original was. YMMV.
