Scary Robot Noise

Look. Some fancy MIDI gear can do weird stuff if you send it magic secret messages called "SysEx" commands. Yeah, we know—super exclusive, super nerdy, super you.

In OnSong, you pick your SysEx command & then tap the value row like you're defusing a bomb to set the thing. You get a lil' text-entry screen in the menu where you can stare at hexadecimal numbers & pretend you understand what you're doin'. Spoiler: they're bytes. Sent over MIDI. Cool, right?

Note: You're gonna have to call up whoever made your bleepin' MIDI equipment & ask 'em what magic numbers to cram in here. Because SysEx is, like, totally exclusive & secret & not in the regular MIDI playbook. We can't help you here—you're on your own, chief.
