Steal from Google Drive

Google Drive is a totally rad way to grab files you're hoardin' & collab-in' on in the cloud. Pick the Google Drive option in the Grab Some Tunes screen to dig through your Google Drive stuff.

Lemme In

You gotta give OnSong the green light to peek at your Google Drive the first time you try. This'll either pop open a web login screen right inside OnSong. Once your account's hooked up, you can vibe with Google Drive without signin' in again unless things get weird & you get unlinked for no reason.

You can always bail on Google Drive whenever by tappin' the Sign Out button at the bottom of the screen.

Diggin' Through Your Stuff

Once you're signed in, you can cruise your entire Google Drive collection. Tap folders to find more files.

The Pickin' & Choosin' Part

Tap files to check & uncheck 'em for import. You can also use the Select All & Deselect All buttons at the bottom to check/uncheck everything in the folder you're lookin' at. If you pick a backup file, OnSong will totally warn you that importin' a backup will nuke your current library. If you say \"yeah, do it,\" only the backup gets imported & your library gets restored.

Bringin' 'Em In

Once you got some files checked, tap the Import button in the upper right corner to start the bleepin' import thing. If you picked a file that's already been imported, OnSong will make you pick what to do with the duplicate. When import starts, you'll see a percentage counter in the upper right corner. When it's done, you bounce back to the All Songs screen.

Sortin' Your Junk

You can change how files & folders line up to make pickin' 'em easier. Tap the sort icon in the lower left corner to see these options:

• Name sorts files & folders by name, A to Z, like a boring library.
• Size puts the chunky files at the top.
• Modified puts the files you recently messed with at the top.

Note: Tap the same sort option twice & it'll flip the whole thing around.

Peace Out

If you signed into the wrong Google Drive account, or you wanna dip out for security reasons, tap the door icon in the lower right corner. This'll kick OnSong off Google Drive & send you back to the Grab Some Tunes screen.
