How To Use OnSong

OnSong is a powerful app for musicians that gives you access to all of your songs at home, school, on stage or on the road. Let's start by reviewing the user interface.

  • Song Viewer

    The song viewer is the core of OnSong and displays plain text files as interactive and engaging chord charts.

  • Menu bar

    The menu bar is where you access most of the features of OnSong including your song library, sharing and display preferences.

  • Navigational zones

    You can swipe to view your song or flip between songs in your set. Tap on zones to move more quickly.

  • Live bar

    When you are playing live, you don't have time to lose with menus. Tap to start your backing track, metronome and autoscrolling.

  • Hot corners

    If you don't like clutter, map hot corners to actions like turning on autoscrolling or hiding the menu bar.
